Monday: Randy's Birthday. We were out and about and I didn't train.
Tuesday: Treadmill: ran five minutes then walked 15 seconds x6. I did pretty good at keeping the 9:30 pace but I think my treadmill is old so it probably isn't that fast in "real life".
Wednesday: Bike (on the trainer): 20 minutes and then did 8 minutes of circular one-legged
pedaling. My cadence on the bike is not up to speed. I am definitely going to have to work on that. One-legged I wasn't even close.
Thursday: We had Tae Kwon Do and a play. Just didn't happen
Friday: Austin's Birthday. Apparently birthdays and training do not go together for me! (Next birthday is in April! Phew!)
Saturday: Biked for 40 minutes (on the trainer) and Ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Tried to keep cadence up.
When I have something at night, I should probably get up at 5 AM and train but I am not that dedicated!
Not as diligent and consistent as I want to be but I feel good that I did three days! Next week: at least four!
