2/6 Rachel - Workout Update

Hey Ladies,

Ran three times this week...
Swam two times (Last swim did 1800 yrds in 1 hour)

Swim's feeling better but still slow. Doing about 6:45 for 300 yards (2:15 100 yards). I still really hate
jogging but went with Tricia today. She and her 10 min miles kicked my bummmmm :-)

  2. I think that's a pretty decent 300 time. What is your goal?
    When you run on Saturdays, tell me. I would like to try to keep up!
    I'll sound like I am dying but I would like to try!

  3. My 300 time is fine--my concern is that last time I ran the race, my training time was faster--about a 2 min hundred and then in the actual race I was waaay slower--about 7:43 for the 300yrds. So I'd like to get back down to at least 6 min time for the 300yrd distance, so I can come closer to holding that time in the race.

    Barb, you'd be welcome to run with me on Saturdays, but I can't hold a 10 min. mile pace--I had several "walking recovery" periods with Tricia today--and you think you sound like you're dying!! :-)
