RECIPES: Chocolate Protein Bars


1 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp baking cocoa
4 egg whites
1/4 cup and 2 Tbsp Honey
8 oz berry flavored baby food -- or make your own with ground up fruit (apples, strawberries, bananas whatever you have)
2 oz water

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes in a non-stick 9x9 greased dish.
