Dayton's Legs: You Can DO IT!!!




Start this week and improve a little above where you are now... 5 1/2 weeks out and it's passing fast. If you've been working on base fitness for a few weeks then it may be time to work on some strength building... Call me and we can discuss ideas for building strength and speed....  Enjoy your workouts...

  1. What tri are you doing in 5.5 weeks? My 70.3 this year is in 6 weeks. I just started my quality/speed/stength training this past week.
