Barb's Report: Week of Feb 7-12 Not Hard enough

Monday:  Ran inside 40 minutes (not hard enough but I ran)
Tuesday:  Road bike on trainer 40 minutes (not hard enough but it was fun)
Wednesday: Ran 20 minutes and and Biked 20 minutes (not hard enough but I did it!
Thursday:  Ran 40 minutes (not hard enough)
Friday:  Nope
Saturday:  Tested to High Blue Belt (totally not related to Triathlon) and Rode bike for six miles outside (way fun!)

Do you see a theme?  NOT HARD ENOUGH!  When I exercise inside, I have a hard time getting my heart rate up and then keeping it up (I stop when I am hurting!).  I really need to get outside.  Saturday was WONDERFUL!  However, I missed today (Monday) and it was lovely.  I'll shoot for tomorrow!

How are the rest of you doing?

  1. You are doing great. You got out 6 days last week.... Try adding a little volume or intensity to this weeks workout... I'm running hills today if you want to join me after YM.
