Medicine Ball bicycle kicks
Notes: Begin face up with the body fully extended on the floor. Grasp the med ball in the center of the upper body with both hands. Slowly flex one leg at the knee while rotating the med ball to the leg being flexed. Repeat the same movement on the opposite side.
Set 1: Reps: 40, Notes: Count to 40 to one side...I know...by the 3rd...ouch!
Medicine ball right woodchop
Notes: Begin with the med ball extended above the right side of the head. Squat down and lower
the med ball to the left foot. Explode back up to the start position repeat as desired.Set 1: Reps: 15, Notes: REally watch your form,
Medicine Ball Pushups
Notes: Begin face down in a push up position with both hands on the med ball. Slowly lower the arms until the hands are in line with the chest. And explode back up to the start position.
Set 1: Reps: 20
Swiss balls situps with rotation
Notes: Begin by lying on your back. Slowly sit up and rotate your shoulder to the opposite knee. Return to the beginning position and sit up while rotating the other shoulder to the opposite knee. Repeat as desired
Set 1: Reps: 30
Swiss Ball hamstring curls
Notes: Begin by lying on the ground with both feet on the Swiss ball. Slowly arch the back and pull the ball towards your buttocks with your feet. Gently return the ball back to the starting position and repeat as desired.
Set 1: Reps: 20, Notes: Really keep core tight and make this just your legs working.
