Monday: Ran on treadmill. Kept heartrate steady. Feeling good.
Tuesday: Biked on trainer inside. First real workout on bike. Felt pretty good. Didn't push too hard.
Wednesday: Ran on treadmill. Pushed harder.
Saturday: Ran on treadmill--was going to go outside but coming down with a cold. (as well as both kids got sick! Not fun!) Easy 30 minute run.
I'm a chicken in the cold and am more motivated to exercise WITH someone else! :) So, if anyone ever wants a buddy, let me know! (Although, I will probably slow you down, beware!) :)

Great Job last week.... During Training I take Airborne and vitamins a bunch to help not get sick.... It's a fact that your immune decreases some when doing hard workouts.... suplementation is critical to staying healthy...
