Swimming: Swimming should be a fast warmup to the rest of your race.... A time NOT TO GET TIRED but to become stretched out and warm..... This requires then quite a lot of swimming to be able to hold a fast pace without breathing too hard when you run up the boat ramp toward T1. This means putting TIME in the pool...
One question I've been asked is: My workouts are too long to memorize so how do you do your swim workout without getting the workout wet?
