I am Back in Business

I have not exercised for about 10 days because I pulled something at Tae Kwon Do.  I rode my bike 10 miles yesterday and it felt good.  Tonight I will run and see how that goes. 

Right before I hurt myself I ran the actual route and did it in 33 min which I think is an 11 min/mile.  I was pleased actually as I tend to run a 15 minute/mile when I am not trying!

I tried to do the bike route yesterday but 6000 west is closed at the canal......

How is everyone else doing?

  1. I'm so excited for you.... Take it easy a little to work back into it. Let's talk about some strength training exercises.... Doing some repeats on your hill or placing some basic accellerations into your run.... Like a 20 second acceleration into each mile you run is a good way to increase some strength, etc.... Call me.
